I appreciated the VERY clean room. They cleaned it daily. The location IS awesome, next to ibn battuta mall. The staff were very accommodating. I got a room with a better view. the hotel offers parking on the hotel , which IS very convenient.
THE bathroom lacked some accessories like toothbrushes and toothpaste.

abdul helped me finish the check-in quickly the metro bus and taxi stations are very close. the mall is linked to the hotel i found this very convenient. the room was clean
there was no bell boy to help with our bags i had to manage myself. the rooms look outdated the handles in the drawers are falling apart. there were no tissue boxes in the room bathroom slippers are chargeable

The location is fantastic! It is really close to the metro station and connected to a mall. The room was super clean, I loved that the temperature was just right (very important!). The WiFi connection was strong too.
The room had a condensation smell. I also noticed a damp smell, I found it unhealthy. The AC was loud, so it was difficult to get good sleep.

Wonderful Stay Close to Everything

The location was superb, with direct access to Ibn Battuta Mall. I found it very convenient, I could easily shop or grab a coffee. Breakfast provided sufficient choices. Staff named Sachhu Bhujel made sure that the room cleaning was timely and really thorough each day.
The pool pump noise was noticeable and constant. A slight disturbance.

The hotel is connected via a bridge to Ibn Battuta Mall. This offers easy access to shopping and dining. The metro station is in front of the hotel. It is perfect for transport. The hotel's position near Gate offices added value.

Car parking is available at the hotel. There is more parking at the mall if the hotel parking fills. The hotel features a pool, which has optimal temperature. It's perfect for relaxation after a long day. The cleanliness of the room met all expectations.

I received wonderful service from Affan at the concierge and Samiddika during breakfast. Reception staff Madelyn and Gracie handled check-in and check-out with professionalism. Water bottles were provided in the room each day free of charge, it was a great touch.

The breakfast deal was good, with a decent variety of options. Susma from the restaurant had a perfect smile. She welcomed everyone warmly. Sandip from room service showed really good talent. He was hard working.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and metro. the breakfast had a good variety of options and was tasty. the staff were accommodating and helpful. I was able to arrange a late check-out at a reasonable price (50 aed for 3pm).
The soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could hear noise from the highway through the windows. they didn't seem very well sealed, a bit annoying at night.

the hotel provided direct indoor access to ibn battuta mallwith a carrefour and many outlets (this was very handy). access to the metro station was also a short walk, accessible both indoors and outdoors.

I found the breakfast service to be quite good. There was a wide array of options catering to different tastes. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the availability of both local and international dishes (the omelets were cooked perfectly!).
